I got one of the best service from the Lady named Mbali, and I am sure her taste Bud's are on point..coz I thought I'd share this pizza, ended finishing it alone. Well done on your staff as they are friendly and proud to be representing a huge brand. Romans Pizza Jabulani is a great place for pizza.

ordered 2 pizza at 12h30 and at 12h50 l enquire if my order is done order no 36. Iam told they skipped my order and no apology or so. This service that we get is truly disgusting. So lam now waiting for over 30mins ...At 13h07 thats when l get an apology stating they mistaken gave another customer my order l must wait again it will take 5mins. At 13h12 my order was done and again an genuine apology from Fikile well she really changed my mind and walked out with smile.

The turn off was the lack of sanitizer by the entrance. Otherwise it's a good place, although they take time finishing your order. It's a small place, tip: Don't sit by the door when it's cold .

Ordering and time waiting is simple , whilst you can go shopping. If you hungry on month end rather order online or call and collect because it gets packed.
